Cristiano Ronaldo’s fourth Ballon D’Or win was celebrated ahead of Real Madrid’s La Liga clash with Granada on Saturday.
The Portuguese was congratulated on the pitch by former Los Blancos heroes Ronaldo, Luis Figo, Michael Owen and current boss Zinedine Zidane.
The above video shows Ronaldo posing with his four trophies after shaking hands with the club legends, and appears genuinely touched by the ceremony.
But it is the sight of both Kaka and Fabio Cannavaro on a video message that seems to move the Portuguese to near tears.

As the clip shows, the former Madrid players celebrate the 31-year-old’s success as he looks up at the big screen with a huge smile on his face.
The camera later shows him standing alongside the former greats while his current Madrid teammates clap from behind him.
Another close-up shot of Ronaldo shows just how much the occasion means to him.
Following the short ceremony, the day got even better for the Portuguese as his side ran out 5-0 winners to go six points clear at the top of the league.
In doing so they also equalled a Spanish record – held by Barcelona – of 39 games unbeaten in all competitions.
